SCHEDULING

Our friendly team is happy to help you schedule your next appointment. Your first consultation is complimentary.

When booking your follow-up appointments, we require a $25 deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit can be handled in person or over the phone by our staff. The deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your visit.

We recommend scheduling your next session before leaving your appointment to ensure your preferred time and provider are available.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For your convenience, Divine Care & Renew accepts:

Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Cash (U.S. Dollars or Mexican Pesos)
Zelle, Venmo, and Bank Transfers

Please note:

All treatment packages must be paid in full upfront.
No checks are accepted.

We do not currently offer financing options; however, our team can help you design a treatment plan that fits your budget and goals.

SPECIAL NEEDS & MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us before your treatment of any special needs, medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other relevant health information. This helps us personalize your experience and ensure the best possible results.

PUNCTUALITY

We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive your full treatment time.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If a full session cannot be completed, rescheduling may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up. To respect everyone’s time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

If you cancel without sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, future bookings will require a deposit to secure your spot.

AESTHETIC AND/OR REGENERATIVE MEDICINE PROCEDURES – LIMITATIONS OF RESULTS

I understand and acknowledge that the practice of aesthetic treatments and regenerative medicine is not an exact science. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee specific or uniform results for any procedure suggested by the physician or provider.

Results may vary from person to person depending on individual factors such as age, skin condition, medical history, and lifestyle. Our providers will always recommend the most appropriate treatments based on your needs, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY

At Divine Care & Renew, we are committed to client satisfaction and providing the highest quality care. Please review our refund terms below:

Treatments & Packages

All services and treatment packages are non-refundable.
If there is a major concern about your treatment, it will be reviewed by our doctor and providers on a case-by-case basis.
Prepaid packages must be used within their valid time period as specified at purchase.

Products

All skincare and wellness product sales are final.
Exchanges are only available for defective products within 14 days of purchase for the same item.

PRIVACY POLICY

Divine Care & Renew respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Your data is collected only to facilitate communication, ensure safe service delivery, and process transactions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside of what is required to provide your services.
